01 · Show

.between the lines

A full-length immersive theatrical performance exploring the state of IN-BETWEENNESS - between countries, languages and identities. Blending real (surreal) life stories, interactive video projection, Ukrainian poetry translated into English and embodied through choreography, it transforms space into a living artwork - meditative and intimate where the audience becomes part of the action and a co-creator of the story. Premiered in London in 2025

Libreria Performance

Created alongside the exhibition Ukrainian Defiance in Language and Literature at Libreria, this immersive performance unfolded throughout the bookshop - among the audience, across the space, and in close dialogue with its atmosphere. Poetry, movement, burnt-page scenography, and soundscapes recorded in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion came together as an act of remembrance, resilience, and cultural preservation.

Poetry booklet

Created as part of VYR's poetry performance, this printed art booklet extends the live experience beyond the stage. It brings together classical and contemporary poetry, including poets killed while defending Ukraine, presented in Ukrainian alongside English translation. Specially created illustrations reimagine the texts through the symbolism of visual art. A way of preserving memory and keeping these voices alive.
